Stories of Service: William Jessup Serve Day
On Saturday, August 30th, William Jessup University kicked off their school semester with a region wide Serve Day. Around 200 students, both incoming freshman and returning students, spent their Saturday morning serving by partnering with 25 different organizations all over the Sacramento region. [read more]

Stories of Service: NCADD Sacramento equips churches
The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, also known as NCADD, is a nonprofit that exists to promote public understanding that alcoholism and drug dependence are treatable and preventable diseases. NCADD Sacramento has many different programs that help fulfill this mission, including treatment and recovery programs as well as prevention and education initiatives. [read more]
Upcoming Service Event: Day of Hope Oak Park
The Sacramento Day of Hope is a collaborative effort between local churches, businesses, social service organizations, and local government, serving the Greater Sacramento area, providing food for the hungry and relief for people in crisis.
E49 will be hosting the next Day of Hope on October 11th at American Legion High School in Oak Park that will serve the entire American Legion and Father Keith B. Kenny schools and families as well as the broader neighborhood. There will be 2,000-5,000 guests expected to arrive.
