Seniors: Common Application Midyear Reports
“Scholarship Season” is approaching! (Great project for winter break)
EHS posts all scholarship opportunities in Naviance Student. Each student has an account where they can view the scholarship list under the college tab. The scholarship list can also be viewed under guest access (password: wildcats). A link to Naviance Student is on the EHS website under Families, then Counseling, then Naviance Student or https://student.naviance.com/eagan
Students should also check directly with the schools they are applying to inquire if they have any supplemental scholarships they can be considered for.
Another scholarship resource is https://www.fastweb.com/college-scholarships Students can make fastweb accounts to be emailed potential scholarships they qualify to apply for. Fastweb has made the scholarship search easier for students with key scholarship selections by school year.

Peer Tutors Needed for Trimester 2!
The Counseling Office is in need of virtual Peer Tutors for T2. We need help from students with excellent grades and who like to help others. Students can click on the below link to sign up to BE a Peer Tutor. Once students complete the form, they will be added to a list of available peer tutors. A counselor or counseling office secretary will contact the tutor via Schoology when we find a match.
Contact your counselor if you have questions. Thanks for volunteering to help a fellow Wildcat!
Student in Need of a Peer Tutor?
EHS has Peer Tutors available to help! Our Peer Tutors meet with students virtually (Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meets) and can provide assistance with homework and studying for tests. Please message your EHS Counselor if you would like to be matched with a Peer Tutor this trimester.

Resilient Parent Webinar Series provided by Nexus Family Healing:
Emotional Resilience: Supporting Our Kids, Supporting Ourselves
Parents are often exhausted, overwhelmed, and straight up scared thinking about how our children are going to make it out there in the world with their big emotions. What we find, however, is that children are more able to succeed when they have adults that can teach and model how to do this. In this seminar, we will discuss how to overcome barriers to being the confident, connected, and compassionate parent that you want to be.
