Working environment for Human Services
People who work in Human Services help others with a variety of kinds of needs. Some work with children in daycare center; others. It fits my personalty because I like to help people and I like the satisfaction that I have done something good or someone else or something.
Learning Styles
Auditory- a way a person learns through hearing what you are hearing what you are learning. Someone talking about it then you doing.
Tactile- A hands on learner, a way a person learns through touching.
These learning styles relate to my personality because I learn best when someone tells me what I am going to learn about, or someone explains it to me and then I do it myself. I also like to do it myself and learning by that.
From knowing your learning styles you can gain a lot of things. If you are in class and you are learning in a visual and kinesthetic way you can work on getting better at those learning styles.
Taking pride in your job
Pride is an inwardly directed emotion that carries two common meanings. With a negative connotation pride refers to an inflated sense of one's personal status or accomplishments, often used synonymously with hubris.
Pride in your work produces you taking pride in other things. No matter what your job is, you need to take pride in it and respect it. If you start there then you will look at other people who have pride in their job also.
