Clear Creek Families Make A Difference With Their Pennies For Patients
From January 11th through January 29th , the entire Clear Creek Community participated the Pennies for Patients Program, raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The program was designed to not only raise money for research and patient services, but also to teach children about cancer, philanthropy and team work.
We are extremely excited to announce that everyone participating in this program did an unbelievable job and the Clear Creek Community raised over $1,375.00…..WOW. Everyone should be extremely proud of this accomplishment as the final results far exceeded any expectations. We would like to thank the entire staff at Clear Creek, all of the students, and every parent because this would not have been successful without the involvement of everyone.
The results of our friendly competition were very close, but….
The Domino’s Pizza Party goes to Mrs. Hammond’s Kindergarten Class
The McDonald’s Ice Cream coupons goes to Mrs. Casper’s Kindergarten Class
The Extra Recess Time with Willow will be enjoyed by all of the 2nd grade classes
An ice cream treat will be given to all students as a special thank you from the ladies in the kitchen.
We hope everyone had a great time helping in the Pennies for Patients Program and that everyone learned a little about cancer and how great it feels to help other children. We are so proud of everyone and this program just confirmed what we already knew…The Clear Creek Community is the BEST.
Thank you again for your amazing support!

Box Top and Labels for Education Collection Date is Coming
Our next collection date is February 19th.
When sending in Box Tops and Labels for Education Labels, please provide first/last name and teacher on each sheet or baggie turned in. All Box Tops and LFE Labels must be turned into your student’s classroom on or before February 19th.
BOX TOP FAQs:
Q: How much is a Box Tops for Education clip worth?
A: Each Box Tops Clip is worth 10 cents for your school. Occasionally, Bonus Box Tops or Bonus eBoxTops of a different value are issued for special promotions.
Q: Can I submit a damaged Box Tops Clip?
A: It’s very important that each Box Tops clip has a clearly visible product acronym and expiration date. If we are unable to read the acronym or expiration date, we cannot accept the clip. Additionally, expired Box Tops are not accepted. If the expiration date only shows a year that is in the future, we will accept it. And remember, clipped Box Tops don’t need to be trimmed perfectly – you can cut them neatly or just tear them off the package.
Q: How much can my school earn?
A: Each eligible school may earn up to $20,000 cash per year beginning on March 2 of every year from the Clip program. There are no maximum annual earning limits for schools earning eBoxTops or Bonus Box Tops.
Q: What does my school do with the cash earned from Box Tops?
A: The CCE PTA uses the money for anything the school needs! Family events, equipment, books, and classroom needs are just a few ways we've used the funds raised. Every little bit helps!!
Labels for Education Request:
We are excited to accept all Labels for Education labels sent in and we would love to make a request also for Pepperidge Farm Labels. These are the ones that give the school the biggest bang for their buck! We will need more in the upcoming months for some of the seasonal collection sheets available for our school to send in. These sheets give Clear Creek 50 points for every five points submitted. We can max out at 25 sheets which is a very easy way to get the school 1250 points. Without the Pepperidge Farm labels, we cannot submit the seasonal collection sheets. Thank you very much for all your help!
Join us for the PTA Movie Night
PTA is hosting a Family Movie Night February 19th and admission is just $1 or 10 Box Tops or 10 Labels for Education. Keep saving those box tops and labels and come to the movies with your friends at Clear Creek!
