Conference times are limited to 10 minutes to allow teachers to meet with as many families as possible. Conferences will take place virtually through Google Meet on May 19 from 4:45-7:45 p.m. We recognize this is a busy time of year for all families, we request families adhere to the scheduled meeting times. Should further discussion be required, please contact the teacher directly to schedule a separate meeting or phone call.

School Council supports and provides the opportunity to advise administration and school board on matters relating to the school and education. School Council is made up of parents, staff, students and community members. Participants have the opportunity to hear reports from the school administration, student representatives, and committee of school councils' representative, as well as a report from the EIPS Board Chair, Trustee Boymook. Student Transportation: 2021-22 registration open
Planning to use Student Transportation in the 2021-22 school year? All students who indicated needing transportation services through the returning student registration process are now registered. Families registered will receive tentative route schedules and invoices by the end of the month—fees are due June 30, 2021.
For those students who didn’t indicate needing transportation service through the pre-enrolment process and want to now register, simply contact EIPS Student Transportation at 780-417-8151 or email st@eips.ca. For more information about EIPS Student Transportation visit www.eips.ca/transportation.
Families can pay fees online using the PowerSchool Parent Portal. To pay in-person contact Student Transportation to make an appointment.

Alexander Rutherford High School Achievement Scholarship
The Alexander Rutherford Scholarship is a non-competitive scholarship that recognizes and rewards the academic achievement of senior high school students and encourages them to pursue post-secondary studies. Value up to $2,500.
Apply once your official high school transcript marks are available after your grade 12 year and when enrolled in full-time post-secondary studies. Please see the chart regarding course requirements or contact your grade level administrator.

Bev Facey Community High School was officially opened in the fall of 1981. It is home to almost 1030 students and is known for its diversity of programming, and excellent performing arts, athletics and diploma results.
