Dear Parents and Families,
As we begin to wrap up the year, it's time to celebrate and reflect on the events of the past 10 months. In addition to the hard work of teaching and learning in our classrooms every day, Midland has had many events and highlights this year, including:
- Jump Rope for Heart to raise money for American Heart Association
- Excellent family involvement in Student Led Conferences
- 5th Grade Camp
- ELL Night
- Engineering Night
- Multi-Cultural Night
This week we have many activities including a Berry Festival on Tuesday, field trips, our 5th grade visit to Ford Middle School, and our annual field day on Friday. Next week, we have our 5th grade promotion on the 19th at 2:00 and our last day of school on Thursday, June 20th!
Our students, families and staff have a lot to celebrate. Thanks for making it a great year!
Mrs. Dawson

Are you available to help our fifth grade students celebrate their promotion to middle school? We need people to help serve cake on June 19th following our 2:00 recognition. Fifth grade parents need not volunteer…..this is your day to celebrate with your student.
