In the song “What Hurts the Most” by Rascal Flatts, he is singing about getting betrayed by someone he loved. Rascal Flatts says “what hurts the most, was being so close”. This relates to Caesar because he is hurt the most by his closest friend, Brutus. Caesar’s last words were “Et tu Brute?” This shows that he felt most betrayed by Brutus. Another place this song relates to in Caesar was Antony’s feeling when Caesar died. He was very hurt because he believed Caesar would have been a good king. Antony and Caesar were very close. Rascal Flatts said “what hurts the most, was being so close. Having so much to say and watching you walk away. And never knowing what could have been.” Antony believed Caesar didn’t get a real chance in proving he could be a good leader.
Run this Town by Rihanna and Jay Z (Julius Caesar as a ruler) -gabby
song: https://soundcloud.com/joseph-cristancho/run-this-town-jay-z-ft-rihanna-a-bad-girl
This song is called “Running this town”. We can infer that Caesar does not listen to anyone's suggestions or opinions and rules on his own knowledge and understanding. In this song this part that represents Caesars ruling is
“ Life's a game but it's not fair, I break the rules so I don't care, So I keep doin' my own thing, Walkin' tall against the rain.”
Caesars call for people to follow him is shown when we hear these lyrics in the song.
“We are, yeah I said it we are, You can call me Caesar, in a dark Czar, Please follow the leader,“
In this song, we also see lyrics that represent Cassius and Brutus’ side of trying to take down Caesar for Rome. These lyrics say “Can't be scared when it goes down
Got a problem, tell me now (What's up)
Only thing that's on my mind (What's up)
Is who's gonna run this town tonight (What's up)Is who's gonna run this town tonight (What's up)
n this town tonight (What's up)
We gonna run this town.” Brutus and Caesar get worked up about taking Caesar down because they think it might fail. Brutus also has the idea of Caesar being hurt by his betrayal on his mind.

If you can't hear, what I'm tryna say
If you can't read, from the same page
Maybe I'm going deaf
Maybe I'm going blind
Maybe I'm out of my mind

The Inability to read people and events leads to downfall and the ability to do so is the key to survival. Also When Brutus Doubted Antony and his ability to give a great speech without actually tying or blaming them to the killing of caesar and he motivates the crowd to be against the conspirators without actually telling them to.
OK, now he was close
Tried to domesticate you
But you're an animal
Baby, it's in your nature
