Dear Families,
The WPHS teachers and staff have really enjoyed having students back for face-to-face instruction this month! We missed the students so much during our remote learning time and are so glad that students are finally back! We couldn't be happier! Thank you to all for your continued flexibility and support as we navigate through this time. Happy New Year!

Cole Cordell
9th Grade
Son of Chad & Jennifer Cordell. Cole earned A's & B's last semester. He displays excellent behavior to staff and his peers. He is committed to being in school consistently. Cole has a great work ethic in classes and sports! He is a polite, positive, quiet leader in the Freshman class with a bright future ahead at WPHS.
Lauren Bell
10th Grade
Daughter of Cory & Michelle Sullivan & Chris Bell. Lauren earned all A's last semester. She is a kind, positive role model for her peers. She always has a positive attitude and is nice to all students and staff at WPHS. Lauren exemplifies, "Doing is R.I.G.H.T." in all she does!
Cydni Thrapp
11th Grade
Daughter of Sidney and Amie Thrapp. Cydni earned A's and one C last semester. She has outstanding behavior at all times. Cydni has strong, consistent attendance as a remote learner all year. She is positive, respectful, and conscientious student who takes great pride in all work that she does for every class. Nice work!!
John Burton
12th Grade
John is the son of Bruce and Lisa Fentem. John earned A's and B's last semester. He displays positive, respectful behavior to all. He has strong, consistent attendance to school this year. John is a kind, helpful, positive student leader who has a bright future ahead of him after graduation.
Mrs. Susan Hobby
WPHS Secretary
Mrs. Hobby has been the WPHS secretary since before we were "West Prairie." She runs an effective, efficient, and professional office every day! Susan is the consummate professional who takes great care of all calls, emails, requests, questions, and/or concerns that people bring to WPHS, and she handles it all with a smile. She cares a lot for all students and families we serve. Susan takes great pride in her workand truly enjoys doing it! Thank you, Mrs. Hobby!

12 -- No school for students (Remote Planning Day)
15 -- No school (Presidents Day)
16 -- West Prairie CUSD 103 will return to full-day in-person student attendance.
16-19 -- “Random Acts of Kindness Week” (TBA: Daily themes from PBIS Team)
