NOTE FROM THE PRINCIPAL...
We have a busy two and a half weeks coming up for students and parents. Next Tuesday, January 28th at 6:30 PM, parents are invited to a free seminar about saving for college. I recall when my children were in elementary school – college seemed off in the distance. Then all of a sudden, they were graduating from high school and going to college!
On Wednesday, February 5th we have the "Impossible Show" Assembly at 9:00 am for grades 3-5 and 10:00 am for grades K-2, in our multipurpose room. Due to your support of APEX fun run and other PTO fundraising events, PTO is able to fund this assembly. If you would like to watch one of the shows, please feel free to stop by.
Our fourth grade parents are busy planning for the upcoming "Sweetheart Dance" on Friday, February 7th from 6:30 to 8:00 PM. A flyer will be going home and sent to you electronically in a couple of days with all the details and cost. Proceeds from this event help to fund the 5th grade science camp students will visit in October.
I look forward to seeing you at the upcoming events!
