Events that have Shaped Me
Leadership Test
I took the leadership test, and answered many questions which determined what type of person I am. My results were this:
11% Extravert
1% Sensing
75% Thinking
1% Judging
I value my mind over emotions, and this test showed that. I don't allow emotions to clog my vision, when by thinking, you can always find a better way to do whatever it is you are trying to do. Using these thoughts, I can be a better leader in whhtever environment I am placed in.
A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.- John C. Maxwell
What Had the Biggest Effect on my Life
I think going to middle school affected my life the most because it prepared me for the real world. There is always competition for what is most important, and unless you are willing to work for it, you will not achieve success. Good or bad, middle school is a valuable part of everyone's life, and without it, the real world would be a lot harder to join.
A Great Leader
I think Katniss Everdeen exhibits great leadership qualities by risking her own life to save others. She plans on how to survive the Hunger Games, which shows she knows how to survive in the real world, as well as showing immense improvisation skills. She is also great at delegating tasks to others, and it is how she manages to survive the arena.
