why the moons shine affects the tide?

When the Moon is in line with one side of the Earth, it pulls on the water, causing a high tide.

why does it shine

The moon shines because its surface reflects light from the sun. And despite the fact that it sometimes seems to shine very brightly, the moon reflects only between 3 and 12 percent of the sunlight that hits it.

why is it full sometimes

The full moon occurs when the moon is on the opposite side of Earth from the sun, so that its face is fully illuminated by the sun's light.
