Smart, Nice, Funny
" The future belongs to a different kind of person with a different kind of mind: artists, inventors, storytellers-creative and holistic 'right-brain' thinkers."-Daniel H. Pink
Decision Making
When making decisions i tend to follow the behavioral style. People with that desicion making style are sociable, friendly supportive, action oriented, and have talent for building teams and encouraging others. others may perceive my decision making style as too concerned about others, wishy-washy, and can't say no. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for Well-designed, people oriented collegial settings.
My Personality Type
My personality color is blue. That means that I am genuine, trustworthy,
emotional, devoted, and friendly. When i communicate, I am polite,
mannerly, and indirect. Negativity, conflict, and rudeness frustrates me.
