Pregame Dinner - Friday, September 18

We will be serving the students hot dogs before the football game. Please let our food lead, Danelle Grimes dcva896@yahoo.com, know if there are any dietary concerns. Our volunteers will be following safety protocols defined by school food services. Food will be placed on plates by volunteers with clean hands wearing gloves and a mask. Students will drink from their water jugs. This meal is only for students. Parents may also drop off food for their student at 5:30pm if desired.

We need 10 volunteers to serve food. Food donations include buns, condiments, vegetables and Desserts.

Marching Band Group Photo – Friday, September 18 at 3:00pm

Students will gather at the South Practice Lot on Friday, September 18 at 3:00pm for the marching band group photo. Students need to wear their game day uniform for the photo. Color guard will also need to be in game day uniform. DO NOT BE LATE. The students will be photographed with the band’s new semi-trailer we’re calling Zeus. Zeus is the god of lightning and he’s also featured in the fall 2021 marching band show, ‘The Wrath of Zeus’.

Printed 8 x 10 copies of the group photo will be available for $10 each. To order now, download and print the order form. Deposit the order form and payment into the white box outside of the band office. Download and print the order form below.

Family Night at the Stadium

Please join us on Thursday, September 17 at 8:00pm for "Family Night at the Stadium". This informal show happens every Thursday night during practices and is open to band families. Please remember to wear a mask and observe physical distancing while sitting in the stands like any normal event. Do not sit on the red tape and stay together as a family.
