About the Vitamin

Water Soulube Vitamins help the body obtain energy. They also help your appeite , good vision, and healthy skin, nervous system, and red blood cell formation. They are usually ecreeded by the kidneys. Too much of this vitamin can cause nerve damage. These vitamins are easily destroyed or washed out by food preparation.The Vitamins are thiamin (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), folate (folic acid), vitamin B12, biotin and pantothenic acid.
