Favorite Books
This is an old favorite of mine! Many 'older' people, like me, probably read this book when they were in elementary school also!
Students, ask your 'older' family if they read this fun book.
Many of you may have seen the movie that was made about this book. Trust me...the book is way better!
A boy named Stuart is born to an ordinary family in New York City. He is normal in every way except that he is only just over two inches high and looks exactly like a mouse. At first, the family is concerned with how Stuart will survive in a human-sized world, but by the age of seven, he speaks, thinks, and behaves on the level of a human of sixteen.
If you do not have a copy of this book at home, Mrs. Stith has a copy at school.
Ask her about it.
Grade Level 3-6.
