Pomp and Circumstance
Spring semester is quickly dwindling, and while many of us are feverishly scratching away in blue books, marathon RBD sessions, and the occasional bit of end of semester Tom Foolery others of us are looking forward to commencement and all the pomp and circumstance it brings. Those of us leaving Auburn as students are gearing up for our entrance into the world of work or further academia. For those of you with secured employment or acceptance to the graduate program of your choice congratulations, your journey’s next step is right in front of you (and while you’re taking these certain steps, take a moment and be sure to fill out our graduation survey in Handshake- https://aub.ie/firstdestination.
For those of us less certain there are plenty of resources to help you find the most sure footing for leaving. This month we will point out to you some of the best resources that we have to help you as you begin your next step.
The 3rd floor office of the Career Center is still under construction so please go the 4th floor of Martin Hall for assistance. We will continue to offer the full range of services in this location and hours of operation will remain 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM with Drop-Ins offered from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. If you have accessibility concerns, please call to arrange a meeting in an accessible location- 334-844-4744.
