Holiday Parties
We are excited about celebrating this Holiday Season at Creekview on December 17th! As always, our parents are welcome to volunteer to support students in practicing social and emotional learning objectives such as: empathy, gratitude, patience, interpersonal communication, etc.
For the safety of our students, and to avoid long lines in the front office on the day of our parties, we are asking each parent visitor to pre-register. Visitors who have not pre-registered will be asked to sign-in as normal. This could result in long lines and the possibility of missing your child's party.
Parent Visitors:
Parking in fire lanes is prohibited.
All volunteers will be required to check in.
Volunteers who have had their Texas ID scanned this school year at Creekview Elementary, please complete the Holiday Party Pre-registration Form by FRIDAY, Dec. 10th. (Complete one form per student; limit 1 visitor per student, please keep younger siblings at home)
Volunteers who have not had their Texas ID scanned this school year at Creekview Elementary, may:
have ID scanned before Dec. 16th to avoid the long line in the front office
have ID scanned the day of the party (possibility of long lines)
All volunteers must be prepared to present a Photo ID even if pre-registered.
Party Times:
9:15-10:00am Kinder & 4th
10:15-11:00am 1st & 3rd
11:15-12:00pm 2nd & 5th
Dismissal: Parents may sign students out of school after the party in the classroom through the teacher, however, please be mindful that students will have an opportunity to attend a holiday sing along with their classmates after the party.
All volunteers must exit the campus at the end of the party.
Parents will receive a ticket from their teacher and be allowed to leave the classroom with their student. All exits will be supervised by staff.
Any uncertainties regarding this process will be directed to the front office to ensure student safety.
Regular dismissal procedures will begin at 12:50pm.
As always, if your child has permission to be dismissed with someone other than a parent, it must be stated in writing. Please submit a signed note, including your contact information, to your child’s homeroom teacher.
From Nurse Bennett...
If your student has borrowed clothes from the school clinic, please wash and return these in a timely manner so they are available to other students who need them. If you have younger students, please consider sending them with a change of clothes so they have them in the event of a spill or accident.
If your student has completed the Covid 19 vaccine series and/or updated their yearly Flu vaccine, you may email the documentation to Nurse Bennett at lisabennett@tomballisd.net.
If your student has food allergies that require emergency medications, please drop those off to Nurse Bennett along with a completed Food Allergy Action Plan and medication authorization form from their physician.

Lunch Visitors & Volunteers
We welcome parents back on campus to enjoy lunch with their children on assigned days to avoid overcrowding in the cafeteria and to ensure an enjoyable lunch experience with your child(ren). We also welcome back classroom volunteers as needed. Lunch visitors will be seated along the back wall of windows separate from the class. Due to limited space, please refrain from bringing multiple family members to allow seating for all students and their special visitor. If space is full, students will be given seating priority. Remember that all school visitors must have their driver's license available upon entry and all school volunteers must complete a volunteer application.
Assigned lunch visitors are divided over 4 days, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays rotating each month for an assigned alpha. You may join your child on his/her birthday regardless of the day assigned. We will not allow lunch visitors on early release days. Assigned alpha days are as follows:

As always, staff and student safety is our number one priority and our mitigation practices remain a fluid situation. We will continue to seek guidance from our state and local healthcare providers and closely monitor COVID-positive cases in our District and respond accordingly. We thank you for your patience, cooperation and understanding throughout this school year. We look forward to seeing you on campus!
Our WatchDog program consists of Dads or Father Figures of Great Students who volunteer at their children's school. They will perform a variety of tasks including assisting with carline, office deliveries, monitoring the building, helping in the cafeteria, library and much more.
There are 2 volunteer slots each day: Morning (8am-12:30pm) & Afternoon (12pm-4:30pm).
