A Message from the Principals
Dear Millbridge Families,
It is hard to believe we have only been in school for two full weeks. The students are doing an excellent job and have adjusted to the routines nicely.
On Thursday of this week, we have our first single session day for the school year. It is important to remember that only breakfast is served from our cafeteria on these days. Please be sure that you pack a snack for your child to eat in the classroom. If you have been notified that your child is in an allergy classroom, please help us keep all of our students safe by following the guidance that was shared. Your child’s teacher or teachers will be sending home some additional information. Dismissal starts at 1:00 on Thursday.

PTO Info
Did you know that you can access PTO information by clicking on the bear located on the bottom right-hand corner of each week’s Cub Corner? Additionally, copies of all flyers sent home will be accessible here, as well as in the Virtual Backpack. The Cub Corner will also spotlight information about PTO events that are happening in the upcoming week. The PTO also send out their own newsletter to all Millbridge and DIS families. That newsletter can also be accessed by clicking on the link below the bear.
Fast Pass information
Fast Pass photos were taken this week and are being processed. The 2018-19 Fast passes will be available for pick up no later than October 1st. Those that have a 2017-18 Fast Pass may use it through September 27th. Each pick-up person must pick up and sign for their individual pass for 2018-19. Fast Passes cannot be sent home with the students or given to another pick-up person.
Early Pick-ups
Parents, please remember if you need to pick your child up early, let your teacher or the main office know so that he/she is ready and there is no delay. Please arrive by 3:00 to sign out in the main office; otherwise, it is very busy in the main office and you might get delayed in dismissal car lines. Thank you for your help with this.
Breakfast Begins
Our breakfast program began this week. Breakfast can be ordered for the upcoming week or a standing order can be placed. Please note, if your student(s) was eligible for free or reduced pricing last year, she or he will remain on that status until October 1st. Please call Mrs. Fiorangela Hummel at extension 3027 with questions.
