Mrs. Jenkins' Class Newsletter
May 2016
Curriculum
I am sad to see that it is May. As we reflect this year, I am so grateful to all of you for all you have done to make this year such a success. Your children are absolutely amazing. I can't tell you how appreciative I am in helping me make this transition from public schools, to EBLS a smooth one. I can't remember a year where I have been so busy, but yet so fulfilled and so happy. This last month we have had many successes. Testing is complete and every child is a success, every child is a leader, and every child has done their best. I couldn't be more proud of your children and all their hard work. This month will quickly be ending. Please refer to the calendar for the events occurring the final two weeks. We are finalizing our units, preparing for the talent show, and planning some fun activities for the students. Thank you for being my friends and for having such respectful, delightful children.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Jenkins
School Play Our School Play was wonderful! All students were able to participate. A huge thank you goes out to all the students and parents who helped. | The Overnight Trip! The two day over night event was an adventure! We loved taking your children hiking, doing archery, and doing various activities that were all project based learning. | Golden Spike As we finished our Social Studies curriculum, we were able to see the presentation at the Golden Spike National Park. We were able to see both trains come together in representation of the actual day. |
