The Florence Twp. School District -- RESTART & RECOVER #4

Big picture

Dear FTSD Families:

As you are aware, the FTSD will start school remotely on Tuesday, September 8th. In August, the Board of Education approved a revision to the Reopening Plan, which specified that all students PreK-12 will begin on all virtual instruction on September 8-18th. Our Hybrid schedule will start on Monday, September 21st.

FTSD is committed to following CDC, DOH, and state regulations to maintain and assure our staff and students' safety. Our administration, teachers, and staff have gone to great lengths to ensure we provide our students the very best start to this new school year!

Please remember to keep communication open and to contact us directly with any concerns you may. If you have technical and remote learning issues at any time, please contact your child's teacher and/or the building administrator, and someone will get in touch with you. We realize there will be setbacks, and we ask for your continued patience as we navigate these unchartered times.

Despite the challenges ahead, we are confident that our Florence community will continue to work together to provide our students' best possible experience, with health and safety being our top priority. Let's continue to offer each other support as we navigate this together. We are ready to restart and recover, and together, we can make it happen!
