SCHOOL BEGINS 1 WEEK FROM TODAY.
While you're trying to squeeze everything into this last week of summer,
here's a checklist of items that will help you get ready for the 1st day!
St. Joe's Open House . Wednesday, August 16
Preschool and elementary students and parents are welcome to visit the classrooms and say hello to their teachers. Students may also bring in their supplies if they choose.
Also--complete your Lunch Order with payment on this night for lunches from August 21-September 8 (see below).
St. Joe's Lunch Order . Due with Payment on August 16
Then, bring the form and payment with you to the St. Joe's Campus Open House (info above) and turn it in. Otherwise, please send a lunch with your student(s) through September 8.

(High School Campus students do not need to order lunches in advance. Beltline will be waiting with lunch items for them on the 21st!)

If you are paying monthly, your next payment is due tomorrow!
Bus Registration
Any student wishing to use FSD 145 busing for 2017-18 must complete a transportation request form--even if you have used FSD 145 busing in past years.
- Complete the form linked below.
- Print completed form.
- Correct the date on the form to 2017-18.
- Return completed form to the Transportation Office at 2037 W. Galena Ave, Freeport, IL 61032--ASAP. (DO NOT return form to the Aquin Office.)

*Please note: Freeport School District doesn't start until August 23rd, so if you rely on them for busing, you will have to make other arrangements for the first two days of school at Aquin.

Register for the Colby Smith Memorial Run on August 26!
Proceeds from the race benefit the Colby Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund which provides scholarships for students to attend Aquin Catholic Schools.
If you can't join the race this year, you may make a contribution to the scholarship fund, which has awarded over $50,000 to students since 2010.
