Winter Crafts in 4L

Friday December 22nd @ 9:30-11:30 am

We would like to have a "Winter" craft day at school on Friday December 22nd from 9:30-11:30 am. In order for this event to be successful, we will need 4 or more volunteers to carry out the craft activities and assist our children.

Those who volunteer would have the following responsibilities:

1. Decide on an EASY, quick craft to show and guide students through. Students would spend about 20 minutes making each craft. We would like to have 4 stations for students to rotate through. Crafts could be anything "WINTER" related. FOR EXAMPLE : snowmen crafts, snowflakes, anything with pine cones, Winter greeting cards etc...

2. Gather and bring in enough materials for each student to make the craft. There are 23 students in our class.

3. Be present on December 22nd at 9:15 to set up and then guide students through the craft making .

4. Students will then help in the cleanup process at 11:30 ish to be ready for recess at 11:40.

** I suggest the students save a shoebox or sturdy gift bag to transport crafts home in.

If “crafting” isn’t your thing, but you’d like to help out as an assistant… that would be great too.

Please CLICK HERE to sign up on our SignUp Genius board if you are interested in participating in our craft morning on Friday Dec. 22. Please indicate what craft you’d like to do with our students so it is not duplicated OR if you’d just like to come in and assist.

We look forward to hearing from you~
