Plant a Tree
Through a Kindness in Action idea, Bancroft has been given 600 tree seedlings to care for! We are lucky to have received giant sequoia seedlings.
I am hoping our students will plant a seedling in a container and care for the seedling until it's ready to be transplanted. Mrs. Burns has reached out to cities, parks, communities, indigenous tribes and burned areas to find out when they will be ready to plant our seedlings.
Teachers will be adding the seedlings to their pick up times. Otherwise, you can stop by the office on Wednesday to pick up your seedling.
We are in need of 1 to 5 gallon plastic plant pots. Please let us know if you can help.
