What is the Rock Cycle?
The Rock Cycle is 3 different rocks all put together.
How rocks change from one another!
Heavy sediments press down on the layers and thats how they change from one to another.
Rock Types!
The 3 different types of rock are Igneous, Sedimentary, ad Metamorphic.
Igneous
Igneous rocks are normally smooth, and have a glassy appearance. They are formed from the cooling of magma or lava.
Sedimentary
Sedimentary rocks normally have a rough looking appearance on them. They are formed from sediments that are pressed or cemented together.
Metamorphic
Metamorphic rocks sometimes have the ability of showing its layers. They are formed from heat and pressure. The heat is not hot enought to melt the rock though.
