Homework Hack #4
Did you know....
This year during our 25 minute "Squad" sessions, students have TWO days a week when they can talk to their teachers. This time can be used to review test or quiz material, ask questions about specific content, or get clarification about assignments. It is particularly helpful if you have a teacher who teaches multiple grade levels.
Encourage your student to use this time to touch base with their content teachers! It is an excellent way for students to be active participants in the learning process. Usually, these days are Wednesdays and Thursdays and may be in addition to other Study Centers.

These groups are open to and free of charge for any Dublin City Schools student. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. Thank you!

Updated Information for 8th Grade Washington DC Trip as of 3/11/22
We are just 12 days away from our D.C. trip, and the halls are buzzing with excitement. I wanted to share the most recent, and slightly updated, itinerary that Prodigy sent me this week. Additionally, I am including a new F.A.Q. document and the guidelines that we went over with the students on Friday during our bus meetings. The meetings took place during squad time.
Please look over these three documents carefully and let me know what questions or concerns you have. We are looking forward to a fun and safe trip with the students!
Thank you,
Amber Yuen
