AHS’ grad rate for the 2018-2019 school year was 97.27 percent, up .07 points from the previous year. Overall, AHS has the 2nd highest graduation rate in Shelby County, following Bartlett City Schools.
Since 2013, Arlington’s rate has increased by nearly 2.5 percentage points.
Tennessee’s average graduation rate is 89.7 percent.

AES celebrates Constitution Day with living museum
The Father of the U.S. Constitution, James Madison, stopped by AES today to celebrate Constitution Day! In this living museum, students learned about the formation of the Constitution and what it took to be signed and ratified by the states.

AMS Tigers Soccer defeats ECS The Lady Tigers defeated ECS this week, 8-1. They are primed and ready to start post-season play next Monday as they take on Elmore Park in the first round of the Municipal Tournament. Game time is 4:30 at AHS.
