Things to Be Aware of for Parents
- Parents or designated caretaker MUST sign in and out child(ren) at the Drop Off table.
- There will be mass everyday at 11:15. If you are able you are VERY WELCOME to attend with your child. FRIDAY mass will include a special blessing for parents.
- We are asking each family to provide a sack lunch for their child. This helps us keep costs down and ensures the children get a meal that meets any dietary requirements as well as being something they like.
- We will provide snacks, water and lemonade.
- Friday afternoon, weather permitting, we will have outdoor water activities, including water balloon toss and squirt-gun fights. Please dress appropriately in clothes than can be ruined (children will not be allowed to change.)
How you can help out?
In order to have a successful program we need lots of adult help. This includes help with snacks, classroom assistants, welcome table, provide meals for team members, and other jobs.
In addition for any 7-12 grader who would be willing to help for any weekday with the grade school program as a team-assistant we will waive the $25 fee for participation in the evening program.
Contact ymwaverly@gmail.com or ericstro@gmail.com if you have any questions.
