Superintendent's Message
September 16, 2022
Clever Families,
It’s hard to believe, but we have been in school a almost a full month already. I have been visiting both campuses, been in classrooms, and seen with my own eyes the excellence exhibited by our students, teachers, support staff, sponsors, and coaches. Our district is made up of amazing people!
A group of those people comprised of administrators, teachers, coaches, students, and community members has been working on our Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP). This plan helps our district set goals, identify ways to improve, and evaluate change. Our group has been working with Dr. Kevin Daniel from the FiredUP Consulting Group to create a meaningful plan to successfully move our district forward. Soon we will be sharing more information as well as asking for input in the form of a community survey. We are dedicated to making the Clever School District better in every way, and we look forward to partnering with our Clever families to accomplish these goals.
We are full swing into fall athletic events, and our homecoming festivities will take place on September 23. Be sure to join us for the fun! Kickoff will be at 7 pm. A full schedule of all our events can be found on our website (www.cleverbluejays.org).
Be sure to check out our building newsletters linked below. You will find great information from each one of our principals. Take some time to read about all the things going on at the high school and elemiddle campuses!
Our district is growing, and we have high expectations. It’s not always easy, but together we can do hard things. I am grateful for the support of our Clever community!
As we move into fall, I hope you can take some time to enjoy the cooler weather and spend some time with friends and family.
Sincerely,
Dr. Breeden
Superintendent

This year, the Clever R-V School District is once again joining with districts all across the region and the Greater Ozarks Cooperating School Districts for “Teacher Proud Tuesdays!” On the second Tuesday of each month, we highlight some of our amazing teachers.
Our September Teacher Proud Tuesday recipients are Jeff Boyles (High School), Jedd Anderson (6-8), Chris Cochran (3-5), and Amanda Edenfield (PK-2). Our building principals, assistant principals, superintendent and director of operations presented each teacher with a “Trophy of Awesomeness”.
All of these people make us Teacher Proud!
Free/Reduced meal forms are available to download from the district website (www.cleverbluejays.org). They can be found in the Parent Resources tab by clicking on the Food Services option. We urge all parents to complete these forms to check eligibility for free or reduced meals.
