We can't thank you enough for joining us for the ACE faculty meetings to share ACE updates at the 1.0 and 2.0 campuses. We are excited about the possibilities for next year with the new ACE Redesign Model.


Below is more information on ACE, the FAQ sheet, and other information that was shared with campuses during this tour.

Opt in Forms Due Friday, February 14th

All opt in forms are due this Friday. Principals have been asked to email a pdf file of all signed forms.

ACE Staffing

Additional ACE Allocations:

Just a quick reminder that your staffing sheets should have included the additional AP, CIC, and Counselor for your campus. Please feel free to reach out before then with any questions or concerns.


*Note: If you are an AIM campus, your AP and Counselor allocations come through AIM.


ACE 4.0 Staffing:

We have made our final principal recommendations for the 4.0 campuses. Woo-Hoo! We are now meeting with current staff members regarding opting in or out so that the principals can interview current staff. Teacher notification of selection and assignment will be by March 6th. Displaced teachers will participate in voluntary transfer period that opens March 6th-April 10th. ACE hiring will take place through voluntary transfer period. After transfer period, only administrative approvals will be granted.

Community Meetings (4.0 Only)

As we finish faculty meetings to make staff aware of changes, we will be scheduling community meetings with parents to let them know of the upcoming changes. Invites for these have already been shared with you.
