February 2, 2018
Dear Parents and Families,
Please remember that this Wednesday, February 7, is a late start day for all students - school will begin one hour later than normal. Also on February 7, your student will participate in an ISTEP Statewide Readiness Test - this will allow students the opportunity to become more familiar with the online testing format which we'll use for both portions of the test this year.
ISTEP Testing begins on February 26 (Part 1) and resumes again on April 16 (Part 2). We know our students will be ready! Teachers have been focusing on the Big 4 Concepts to prepare students for Part 1:
- Having Stamina
- Reading Carefully
- Providing EVIDENCE!
- Answering Question(s) Fully
We look forward to seeing the growth and achievement of our students this year!
Enjoy your weekend!
Mrs. Storm
Principal
