As we discussed last week, stress is a part of life and everyone experiences and reacts to stress differently. We also did a brief guided meditation as one way to deal with stress. Below I have attached another guided meditation for you to do on your own time. There are also several meditation apps if you find meditation helpful in dealing with your everyday stress:

The last two apps listed are a reminder that prayer is an excellent way to reduce stress and is a form of meditation. Whether listening to a prayer podcast or simply spending quiet time in prayer, it can help to bring you peace when life gets hectic.
