How oil is formed
Oil is formed from the remains of small animal and plants that died and fell to the bottom of the sea. Their remain were covered up by mud.
Advantages and Disadvantages
Advantages:Oil is a ready fuel,and it is realitivly cheap to extract and convert into energy
Disadvantages:When oil is burned it gives off atmospheric pollutants including greenhouse gases,and there is only a limited supply
Oil is a nonrenewable resource which means when it's gone there WON'T be ANY left
