Television in the 1960's
Lets talk about television!
Television in the 1960's
Back then the t.v.s only had three channels. ABC, CBS, and NBC. These channels are still around today, but we have thousands more channels. The t.v.s had an aerial antenna on the top of the t.v. Some t.v shows shown in the 1960's were Scooby Doo, which is still shown today in a human and cartoon version. The Flinstones, that is also shown today. And The Twilight Zone. The Twilight Zone is over but it is still played on the t.v.s with runthrews or reruns. T.v.s in the 1960's was unique compared to what it is today. This is because today we have thousands of channels, and in the 1960's there were only three. We have millions of shows and they had a couple hundred. We have Demand and movie channels. Our DVD players have blue-ray, netflix, youtube, etc. As well as x-box, playstation, etc. Thats why t.v was unique back then. Today we are "technology spoilled". Most kids and even a few adults wouldn't know how to deal with t.v back then because they are use to x-box, playstation, etc. Thats what t.v was like in the 1960's.
