The big, yellow ball is in the sky! The birds are chirping, the flowers are blooming, the kids are playing outside...the wait is over! We braved a TOUGH winter and spring and we deserve this glorious sun! And what better way to enjoy it then in good company with our neighbors!

This summer, the MCC board is implementing a MANDATORY* gathering on Friday nights this summer. The topic to be discussed? How much FUN we are having! Each Friday night has a theme. Each of you can actually help PLAN the party and rack up those volunteer hours that go towards your yearly maintenance fee. It is as easy as that!

The first one is Friday, June 23rd starting at 6:30. The theme is Neon Glow and your Hosts are the Holmes Family. So bring your dinner, cook it in the kitchen, grill it on the grill, or bring in some pizza and enjoy each other's company! There will be a family friendly movie playing in the clubhouse.

Ruby will be teaching two 2 week sessions, Monday thru Friday.
Four classes of 4 kids each a day, from 9AM-11AM

Session 1 - July 24th - August 4th
Session 2 - August 7th - August 18th

The fee is $155 per student per session.

A non-refundable deposit for each student is $25, due when you sign up.
You will be notified by MCC Treasurer Cindy Ross as to how you may pay your deposit, which will be applied to class fees.

As we receive emails, we will forward the information to Ruby who will contact you directly to assess skill levels for class placement.

"We love the Mirrormont Country Club! We have been members for 5 years and can be found in the pool almost daily during the summer months. We make sure we clean up and put away all the pool floaties when we are the last ones to leave; that way the area is ready to go in the morning. We also periodically replace the pool noodles or goggles. Our club belongs to all of us and it is up to us to keep it clean and enjoyable! Volunteering is easy! During the annual time before the pool opens (Luke and I raked the front lawn, pulled weeds and cleaned up the flowerbeds), during the end of season closing or just throughout the summer. Our club is what we all make of it! See you there!"

As a reminder, during adult swim time, all swimmers under 18 cannot be in the pool (even sitting on the steps) or in the baby pool. The baby pool is also under lifeguard supervision.
