It's important to teach kids about using technology in a healthy way so that they don't have future physical or psychological issues because of improper usage or abuse.

Tips and tricks for safe and healthy technology use

  • Use proper ergonomics
  • Remember to sit up straight while using a desktop computer or laptop
  • Try not to stare at screens for hours at a time, take breaks, sit in well light areas
  • At least every 20 minutes look away from the screen for at least 30 seconds
  • Avoid excessive frequent use of the internet and technology to avoid becoming an internet addict
