What is stress?
Stress is an feeling that we get when we react to specific events. It is the body's way of preparing to cope with a difficult situation.There are two types of stress one is good for you and one is bad. The good one is called Eustress (short term). And the bad one is called Distress (long term). The body responds to stress in a way that might sound a little weird. When you are under a stressful situation your nervous system reacts to the stress by releasing hormones into our bloodstream such as Adrenaline and Cortisol. The body can react to these hormones in a lot of different ways.
