Lincoln Instructional Technology
Weekly Update 10/9/15
Important Updates
You should have received a blue sheet in your mailbox to track student issues with Chromebook cases. Please help us send the message about respecting devices (and each other!).
I am starting classroom observations this week! I'd love to hear from you about things you would like me to look for or focus on.
Twitter Spam
We have had a few Twitter users click on and/or unknowingly share SPAM posts. If you suspect your account sent out posts without your knowledge, please change your password immediately.
If you have any questions, please come see me!
I'm Through, What Should I Do?
THANK YOU for helping me populate this grid. I got a lot of response from Social Studies, and am helping LA find strong activities. Please let me know if you have go-to sites or activities for your students, especially in Math and Science.
I DO want this to be an ever-changing document so students get a variety of activities!
PBS Learning Media
PBS Learning Media has a huge wealth of resources for teachers and students that are categorized by grade, subject, type of resource, etc. Resources include lessons, informational text, images, audio, video, interactives, and more.
Using Kami to Save Textbook Notes/PDFs
This document is linked on the student portal so students can learn how to use Kami to annotate and save PDFs from their textbooks (or anywhere else).
