Ladd Acres Astros #4
EMPOWER! Every student ... Every day!
Welcome to November at Ladd Acres!
This is a short month, filled with many partial weeks. We have many events and happenings this month that are noted in this newsletter. We hope that you are able to participate and join us at we strengthen our community.
In October, we celebrated the fundraising from our Laps for Ladd. On behalf of our staff and students - THANK YOU for your donation to our school. We raised over $30,000, the largest amount ever raised. The money will go support our student's success with supplies, a STEM/garden teacher, technology and so much more. An extra special thank you to our PTA for organizing the fun run. We are humbled and grateful.
Warm regards,
Francesca Sinapi

Building for our Future
State report cards began fifteen years ago when the 1999 Oregon Legislature passed a law requiring every public school and district to receive a report from the Oregon Department of Education about how they are performing overall. Our school ratings are now available in our Report Card Rating Detail Sheet at the link below.
School and district report cards for the 2016-17 school year are available at:http://www.ode.state.or.us/data/reportcard/reports.aspx. (Select Hillsboro in the District Selection drop-down menu).
