Aquin Speech is Hosting Conference Tourney!

Come to the Aquin Dawg House on Saturday and see the Aquin Speech team as they host the Conference Tourney. There will be some awesome performances and you are welcome to be a part of the audience. Just remember to observe the proper speech spectator etiquette--no cell phones, no talking, no disruptions--during the performances.

All 14 speech categories will feature performers from these schools within our conference which have Speech participants: Aquin, Le-Win, River Ridge, Warren, Orangeville, Stockton, Galena, Eastland and Pearl City.

If you haven't been to a Speech Tournament before--or are interested in learning about Speech as an activity to be involved with--this is the perfect opportunity!

Due Today!!!

It's the 15th of the month and you know what that means . . . monthly tuition payments are due!

Also, 'PAST DUE' are Sports Fees for any 5th grade through 8th grade basketball players. If this is your son or daughter's 1st sport in 2014-15, $55 is due. If this is your son or daughter's 2nd sport in 2014-15, $25 is due. These fees should have been turned in before games or practices began. If you owe, please play ASAP or your student(s) will not be allowed to play or practice.

Also on the 'past due' list . . . we need your student(s)' diploma names, baby pics and senior pics. If not submitted yet, please send senior pics and baby pics to Diploma names are to be submitted on the form linked here.

The tax letters for each family will be arriving shortly. Junior-Senior High family letters went out in the mail today. St. Joe's Campus letters will be coming home in the brown envelope on Wednesday, January 21. Please contact the Business Office at 815.235-3154 x 224 if you have any questions.

Congratulations Pierce Athletics!

Tonight at 5, 6 & 9/10 WREX & WTVO will both be airing news stories about Pierce Athletics Junior Level 2 team who qualified for the 'Super Bowl' of cheer competitions called "The Summit" in Orlando Florida, May 1-3. Only 10% of cheer teams throughout the U.S. qualify for this prestigious competition. It is the best of the best and a first for any team in our area. Tune in to see how special this team is & what an amazing opportunity this is for them! Aquin 6th grader Addie DeMichele is a member of this awesome team.

Also on the 6:00 news, WREX will be doing a special feature on Jayden Pierce (beneficiary of the 1st Crosstown Classic in 2009) being on this team as a brain cancer survivor & how he has inspired his teammates.

Catholic Schools Week 2015

Our annual celebration of Catholic Schools will be held from January 25-31 and we are giving the national theme of 'Communities of Faith, Knowledge and Service' a zing of 'superpower'. There will be many special activities, dress days and events during this week. Watch for more info on our 'Super' Week coming very soon!
