Since it has been quite some time since our students have been able to help with the Mass celebration if they wish to be an Altar Server at school or weekend Mass they must be present for this meeting.

For students that wish to be an Altar Server but have not yet had the opportunity, there will be a meeting in September just for new Altar Servers.

Supply Drop Off!

Your teachers are excited to see your smiling faces on Friday, August 13th between 8:00 AM and 12:30 PM. Tables will be set up in front of classrooms where students will meet their teachers. Out of an abundance of caution for the start of the year, we are asking that supplies be dropped off at the door. Please ensure that we are following social distancing guidelines and are able to keep our distance. We will see you on Friday!

What class is my child in?

Parents in Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten are permitted to park in the east parking lot and may walk their child to the gate. On the first day of school Pre-K and Kinder parents will be allowed to walk their child to their classroom door but are not permitted inside the classroom to alleviate exposure. All other parents must not park their cars during morning drop-off. This will help avoid parents congregating in the parking lot and in the courtyard.

If you have multiple children the oldest child can walk in their designated gate and walk their younger sibling to the class prior to the start of the school day.

Student Pick Up Procedures

Dismissals are staggered. To ensure social distancing for all students, parents will park and walk to the classroom. Parents will stand on a number to wait outside of each classroom until the teacher dismisses each child individually. Parents are to leave campus immediately after picking up their children.

Pick Up Times:

2:35 PM Pre-K/Kindergarten Dismissal

2:45 PM 6th through 8th Grade Dismissal

2:50 PM 1st through 5th Grade Dismissal

This year our school will be the recipient of EANS funding which will provide reimbursements for allowable expenses incurred since the start of the pandemic (March 13, 2020). These federal funds will also provide allocations for a variety of student support services including access to a school nurse, additional teaching assistants in classrooms, as well as additional technology. We are currently waiting for approval of our application and will keep you informed as we receive more information.

New Water Fountains

We are excited to announce that we have installed new water fountains throughout campus. At this time, due to COVID-19, we are not able to have the students share traditional water fountains.
