What's going on at Barge-Lincoln Elementary?
February Updates at Barge-Lincoln Elementary!
We've been in school for over 100 school days! Wow, this has been a fast start to the school year and now we're well into the third quarter. To keep you informed, Spring Conference Week will occur March 27th through the 31st. In the next few weeks, teachers will be confirming your conference date and time with you. Teachers will hold a late night either on Tuesday or Thursday evening of that week. Of course, if you have any questions, please reach out before or after school. The teachers would love to answer your questions and/or provide more in depth feedback.
You, as the family of our precious learners, are a team with our staff! Thank you for working with our school community to ensure we provide a learning environment that is positive, safe, and fun-loving. Our learners have a bright future and a supportive school that will ensure we are reaching and teaching every student, every day!
If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to your child's teacher first and if you need to continue the conversation, we can include the principal(s). Having a conversation with your child's teacher is the first and most important step, as they work with your learner for the majority of the day.

PARENTS---Don't forget! Your student(s) need to come to school dressed for the cold and wintery weather. Winter jackets, gloves, and hats are encouraged from now until the weather begins to warm up in March. If you need assistance getting a winter jacket for yourself or your students, please let our office know. We are happy to ensure your family is warm! We are a blessed school community and have received multiple donations of winter clothing. Please ask us and we can help you!
Barge-Lincoln reinforces our three standards for learning and we'd love your assistance with reinforcing these at home, as well:
- Show Respect
- Make Good Decisions
- Solve problems
