Great job this past week getting ready for a
super early Pre-UIL concert and clinic.
The staff is very proud of all the Creek Band students for their continued hard work!
Corpus Christi Trip Information
Many people have been asking questions about the Corpus Christi trip. All the information you need will be conveyed at the mandatory meeting on Tuesday, April 2nd at 7:00pm.
Please hold all further questions until then unless absolutely necessary.

Wind Symphony
- Tuesday - 3:30pm to 6:30pm - Full Ensemble
- Thursday - 3:30pm to 6:00pm - Full Ensemble Clinic with Mr. Benzer
Symphonic Band
- Monday - 2:45pm to 4:30pm - Full Ensemble
Concert Band
- Thursday - 6:00am to 7:00am - Full Ensemble
Color Guard
- Saturday - 10:00am to 5:00pm
Indoor Drumline
- Monday - 6:00pm to 9:00pm
- Thursday - 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Events, Announcements, and Information
Corpus Christi Trip Information
There is a mandatory meeting for all students who are attending the trip to Corpus Christi in April. This meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 2nd from 7pm to 8pm.
All students who are attending must be present with a parent or legal guardian. There will be no exceptions to this requirement.
Students who are not in attendance with a parent or legal guardian for this meeting will not travel to Corpus Christi...period.
Look Ahead - Spring AND Fall 2019
All events (that have been confirmed) are already on the
calendar for the summer and fall of 2019.
Marching Band events (including rehearsals, contests, and more) are already scheduled so you can plan summer and fall vacations, etc.
Please make sure you have these schedules recorded so nothing comes as a surprise!
Trip Payments and All Fees are Past Due
New balances will be posted (using Student IDs) this week on the Band app.
There are still various outstanding payments for the following:
- Corpus Christi Trip
- UIL Solo & Ensemble
- TMEA Region Band Auditions
- Spring Fair Share
- Fall Fair Share & Booster Fees
- Winter Guard Fees
- Indoor Drumline Fees
Students who have not paid their UIL, TMEA, Fair Share, Winter Guard, Indoor Drumline and/or Booster fees will not be permitted to travel to Corpus Christi as those funds will need to be used to cover their band fees owed.
The money that is owed covers meals that have already been eaten, clothing that has already been worn, contests that have already been attended, etc. These items must be covered before money can be used for travel.
