Non-Jewish Victims of the Holocaust
Katie Marsh
Jews were not the only victims of the Holocaust. Jehovah Witness, Gypsies, Homosexuals, some blacks and the disabled were included in the mass murder. Too often it is believed that only the Jews were singled out and that is wrong. Over 5 million people that died during the Holocaust were non-Jewish.
The Holocaust was more than a Jewish event. A lot of times, the Nazi's didn't even pay attention to who they were killing. They did not care. Even the women and children were not spared. With this being said, this is why there were so many non-Jewish victims of the Holocaust.
