End of Year Materials Return/Belonging Pickup for All Grades
Thank you for your continued partnership and support during eLearning. I would like to share the schedule to assist with the End of Year Materials Return/Student Belongings Pickup. To ensure that we are following CDC Guidelines and adhering to social distancing practices, ask that you adhere to the following steps during this process.
Upon arrival to school:
- We ask that you please use the bus entrance for pickup/delivery purposes.
- A staff member will greet you in the bus loop outside the gymnasium and take the name of your child(ren), their grade, and their teacher’s name so that we can gather your students’ belongings prior to you pulling up to station 2.
- After your child’s name has been given to the staff member, only one person from each vehicle will be allowed to enter the gym to return the following items; Chromebooks and chargers, library books, teacher materials, etc.
- After returning these materials, you will return to your car and then pull up to station two.
At station two:
- Students’ belongings/materials will be placed on the table outside at station 2 and only one family member may exit the vehicle to pick-up the materials.
Station three (if needed):
- After you have received your Student Belongings/Materials from station 2, please go to the main entrance to the school to visit the school nurse to sign out medications.
- Medications left after June 4th will be destroyed.
We are requesting you follow this schedule to help with social distancing:
June 1: Students with last names beginning A – G
June 2: Students with last names beginning H – M
June 3: Students with last names beginning N – S
June 4: Students with last names beginning T – Z
The drop-off/pick-up times for the four days will be 8:30 am – 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
*We will remain open until 7:00pm on June 1st to be available for anyone who could not come on their designated day.*
