Hawks' Weekly Update
#11 (Week of October 8, 2023)
Principal's Note
Hawks’ Weekly Update #11
Parents and Guardians,
This week, I want to highlight the importance of healthy decision-making, especially as we approach Red Ribbon Week. This annual event provides a valuable opportunity for our school community to unite and promote healthy decision-making. Whether choosing to prioritize reading or homework over screen time, resolving conflicts peacefully, or making other healthy lifestyle choices, we believe these decisions are building blocks for a successful future. We encourage you to engage with your children in conversations about the significance of making wise decisions, not just during Red Ribbon Week but every day. Let's reinforce the message that a healthy life is a path to success and happiness for our students. Your support in this endeavor is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Pete Selleck
