The COVID-19 Self-Reporting Form, found on the hseschools.org, has been updated!

· The online form now allows you to provide the information nurses need to calculate a timeline of return for your student after a COVID situation arises.

· Once the COVID-19 Self-Reporting Form is completed, you will receive an email with the date of return for your student along with helpful information about their return to school.

· If you use the form, you do not need to call or email the nurse, building and/or teacher to inform them, your online submission will take care of that.

· If additional information is needed, the school nurse may reach out to you.

We believe using this new COVID-19 Self-Reporting Form will assist our school nurses and buildings in communication efficiency, and will save you time as well.

Thank you!

Shout-out to the 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team

Athletic director, Scott Timmons, received a kind note from an opposing team parent.

"I wanted to thank you and your coaches and athletes for their sportsmanship last night. We were down players due to covid and to be honest we have had a rough season. Last night I saw a coach who used a game to give different players a chance to start and play more. Of course they wanted to win and I expect this! But what I saw was a coaching staff who understand what middle school basketball is about! I also noticed that the players were excited and cheered for each other but still showed great sportsmanship to our boys. This hasn’t always been the case this year. I just wanted you to know that I appreciated this very much."

Thank you AD Timmons, Coach Modglin, and Coach Baker for continuing to promote and instill Charger P.R.I.D.E.!

Staff Appreciation

Show the teachers and staff at FJH your support by stocking the pantry. The "pantry" is a place filled with snacks and treats staff members can grab and go from as needed. You can contribute by placing an order via this Amazon wish list:

Volunteers Needed

Winter sports are in full swing and that means the indoor concession stand needs volunteers. Our plan is to have the concession stand open for all home Boys & Girls Basketball games and Wrestling matches. This helps to provide a welcoming atmosphere for our fans and guests of visiting schools. It also serves as the PTO's main fundraiser for the school year.
