Charecters
Maddie shown as hair stylist
Maddie a motorbike repairist and an ATA pilot, whose love for planes is indescribable, becomes best friends with a wireless operator named Queenie. Maddie started flying planes on the Homestead Airport. Maddie learned to fly from a friend that she rescued, when she crashed her plane in a nearby field. The first plane she flew was a Puss Moth. Maddie does not have any parents, but she does have her grandparents who take care of her when she is at home.
"Queenie" shown as Marilyn Monroe
Queenie a nickname given to her by her wireless operator co-workers. Queenie or Julie is a fashionable, educated young lady. She joined the war efforts, coming from Scotland, to help out as a translator. Queenie speaks 3 languages, English, French, and German. Also she is able to turn her Scottish Accent on and off like a light switch. Jamie(as shown on the right) is her favorite brother. She is the one who nicknamed him The Pobble Who Has No Toes. Queenie is also a British spy, who has been captured by the Nazis.
Jamie shown as James McAvoy
Queenie's older and favorite brother. Jamie was a pilot in World War Two. Once when he was flying over the ocean he was shot down. The ocean was so cold he had to pop his toes in his mouth to keep them warm, or keep them at all for that matter. So Queenie adopted the nick-name for him, The Pobble Who Has No Toes.

About Me
Hi, my name is Courtney and I am 13 years old. I am in 8th grade. My family is pretty large, considering my parents are divorced and my dad is re-married. Also, I have four dogs and three cats. All of my dogs are big dogs, my cats are all rescues. I love horses, my dream is to someday own one of my own. I have been riding horses since I was three years old. I am learning to do Hunter Jumper, like shown in the picture. Another thing I really enjoy doing is reading, Code Name Verity by Elizebeth Wien is one of my favorites.
