Changes: Do you want the good news or the bad news first?
TEA only made minor updates the Supplemental Aids document.
- Eligibility Criteria- The layout has been updated to be more reader friendly. NO changes were made to any of the actual criteria.
- Hundreds Chart- This was defined as an example. Therefore, hundreds charts may exceed 100.
- Multiplication Chart- These may exceed 12 x 12.

Routine is defined as, "The student has used the accommodation often enough [during classroom instruction and testing] that he or she is comfortable using it on the day of the state assessment." (2014-2015 Texas Education Agency's Student Assessment Division, ACCOMMODATIONS FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES TETN #33017)

Some documents have been compiled based on current data trends. Some supports are just a single concept. The idea is that you select the supports that work for your students and create an individualized document for your campus.
