2017 Fruit Sales
This is just a reminder that ALL 4-H members are expected to sell fruit.
- Every 4-Her is asked to sell at least 4 boxes
- Clover Kids are asked to sell at least 2 boxes
The four top sellers will receive a cash prize. All sellers will receive $5 in Bonus Bucks for every $50 you sell. These Bonus Bucks can be spent on any 4-H function including workshops, clinics, state fair fees, and even swag from the 4-H Mall (4hmall.com).
Fruit will be delivered on February 25 at the Table Rock fire hall. We start about 9:30am and have everyone loaded out typically by 1pm. Each family must have someone present to help unload, sort the fruit, and collect your order. The office is NOT responsible for bringing your fruit back to the office. If you can not be there please make arraignments for someone to collect your fruit for you.

Livestock Quality Assurance
Starting March 1st, Nebraska will be transitioning to the National Livestock Quality Assurance Program. This program will be integrated into 4honline and is estimated to cost $12 per youth per year.
Youth may still complete the Nebraska Livestock Quality Assurance Program (http://extension.unl.edu/statewide/pawnee/qa/) until February 28 for the cost of $5. Intermediate and Senior youth may also choose to test out before March 1 at no charge.
The Pawnee County 4-H Foundation will offer $5 in Bonus Bucks for all 4-Hers who have completed their online QA training. These Bonus Bucks can be used to pay for workshops, buy a show shirt, pay for State Fair livestock fees or purchases something off of the 4H mall.
More information about this program transition will shared in the coming weeks. Contact the office if you have any questions or to schedule a time to test out.
