What have we learnt?

We have learnt to do lots of muscle strengthening work out, including prone holds, push ups, sit ups, burpies etc. We have also learnt to do them correctly and accurately.

Prone Holds & Push ups.

We have learnt:

* To hold our body straight.

* To balance our bodies correctly so we can hold a strong position.

* To keep our bum down.

* To keep our tummy tucked in.

* To keep our arms strong.

The same rules apply to both of the workouts.

Sit ups.

What we have learnt:

*Ribs to hips

*To not use our neck
